Yes, a dealer will sometimes deliver a trailer or camper that is already paid for and everything is done in order. That happens alot when you buy a rig in CA and live elsewhere. To avoid sales tax the rig has to be delivered (to OR in my case) and signed by a Notary so the dealer can prove it was purchased and delivered to an out of state buyer. But I had to buy it at the dealer, do the walk through at the dealer, etc., etc.
