Back in the 60s the big 10 1/2' cabover TCs were bolted through the floor with 1/4 inch dia bolts.. After about 6 months I noticed a loose bolt in the floor.The bolts never broke but front bolts actually stretched about an inch. I replaced them with 5/8 inch dia grade 5s and huge washers and no more problems. However, drove on some pretty rough back country roads.
I bet the manufacturer has fine print. "check prior to every trip".
I guess visiting the factory and seeing construction is a good idea. Especially when all manufacturers are cutting corners for profits. I don't think my MH is as insulated as my previous TT. Makes you wonder if they will hold together until out of warranty.
