I received a message from Anutami back when this happened too. I'll be taking a look at mine next spring when I uncover it and take it out of storage. The story is hard to believe when you hear about it, but those pictures speak words about how the camper was assembled. And I had an issue with the cheezy bathroom door snap that didn't even make it home from the dealer (it pulled out again after being repaired the first time it was used).
