Bingo!!...Attachment points should only be pass-thru bolted thru a main structural beam period (not cantilevered with mere lag screws - think, the lever effect...), nor should it be up to any unwary consumer to detect...Might there have been 'contributing' factors?? Of course, there always is (wind, ruts, speed, et al...), but not to obscure the actual root-flaw...WC's rather curious HappiJac disclaimer is very telling (if so, why so??...) in and of itself, and in my view with the possibility of passengers riding in the TC, a very disjointed and unfortunate design defense. Again, JMO...
