Just found this while browsing and I double checked my 2013 WolfCreek 850, its the longbed version and I have the same "splice" short section of plywood in the same place as OP. Sure wish they had designed this area better and put some sort of bracing to reinforce the tiedowns into the frame of the camper. They did such a nice looking job of reinforcing the camper jacks into the frame its a shame they didn't incorporate some of that into the tiedowns. This post has me rethinking my purchase a little, as I really do love my WolfCreek. I sure hope I don't have any problems like this as we like to venture off road to some remote mountainous areas. However, I do use the torklift frame tiedowns but still has me wondering if I may need to come up with some sort of reinforcement for these front tiedowns.
