Northwood needs to step up to the plate and not try to place blame on the customer by making the claim that "we don't know what kind of forces the tiedown point has been subjected to" Anyone with construction knowledge can look at bolts and wood and tell if abnormal force has been place on them, or if something fell apart due to pi$$-poor design and construction techniques, which appears to be the case on both of these failures.
