Just thinking, I can almost guarantee that NW's attorneys have instructed them to continue production and make design changes as it becomes financially feasible to to do so. Essentially, let it slide til someone or some group comes forward with a lawsuit. Betcha.
Let the customers huff and puff all they want. No skin off NW's nose. Right? BUT, bring a lawsuit or threaten class action or get the RVIA involved or worse, get the gov't involved via DOT or NHTSA, whole different ball game.
Sadly, I think NW is on the winning side of this.
A lot more documented failures will have to occur to get this fixed.
