I'd just like to point out that this thread is pushing 7,600 views. That's more than 'what did you do to your truck' thread. It's getting attention.
As far as a fix goes, I was up pretty late last night studying, thinking how best to proceed.
From the inside? The outside?
Is the frame identical all the way down the camper. Is it beefed up in the corners, but not so much everywhere else? Is that why NW didn't through bolt it?
Brackets or plates? Both?
Incorporate said brackets or plates to the existing anchor points while adding reinforcement?
Reinforce the rears while I'm at it?
Driver side will likely require modification of the WH support area, possibly the cabinet supports.
Try to mirror the AF setup, if that's even possibly?
Any modification/fabrication of brackets/plates from the outside, is gonna look ugly comparatively speaking, guaranteed.
Is it even worth it to attempt in the first place?
Will I have enough beer?
