The germans can make syn fuel on a industrial scale ,they did it in 1940 to 1945.
Cost is the issue ,last time I bought fuel stateside it was $0.66 a liter ,thats their target because
Gas/fuel is uber cheap in the states.
And the canadians just announced another baken size field in the north west territory ,so billions of barrels in the ground in north america yet.
