Mike68 as said the slider muves the turntable back so as not to hit cap with trailer most newer FW have the front corners cut back to eleminate the problem and was mainly with the only 6'3" trays but also som 6'6". Diesel trucks Ford only VDC in Melborne converts Chewy and Dodge also in Quinsland and Perth at Mundaring. Ther are places in USA that do conwersions but it must comply with Australian compliance. Contact the fellow in Mundaring and get a quote in writing I wood recommend as I got a price from VDC $35000 and after buying my 6.2 petrol was informed they don't do petrol vehicles, when I asked for price for the disel now wanted over $55000. If you find anyone who can do conversion I will aprisiate ther details and cost.
