That is correct Mick, my gas F250 XLT has a payload of youst over 3000lbs the same F250 in disel about 600 lbs les as I recal and as you ad more accessories like king Ranch you have iven less, so say your fameli 500 hitch 200 pin weight 2000 u need 2700lbs befor loading anything els in truck. My old 06 F250 xl in Australia only had about 650 kg of load capasety left after ading bulbar canepi and such so I was way ower my legal limet when hoking op my FW.
