G'day, we found a site with all specs on dodge ram and if the RAWR is the same as the payload then I don't know where u got your info because this site we found suggests the payload is more like 3000 lbs for the Ram 3500 SRW.
I use the Ram/Dodge Body Builders Service guide from them as it carries all the latest truck specs. http://www.rambodybuilder.com/year.pdf.
Simply click on the year your looking at and search till you drop. Most of the '13 and up 3500 SRW Rams have payloads above 4000 lbs.
The '12 models and older had some very low numbers.
