Aux fuel (diesel) tank with pump NOT in bed?
I found couple of aux tanks with a built-in pump that sits in the bed, but not under the truck. Does such setup exist? Basically, I'm looking at a scenario where I can carry some extra fuel for bot...

You can get skinny xfer tanks that would take up less than 1' of bed space.
Guess if you're all diesel, flammability isn't a concern in an accident. But you're kicking your camper cog back a foot.
Unless you're doing some heavy duty overland travels seems like a bunch of $ and hassle when you could just stop for fuel more often.
