I was looking at the Aero site and saw the C-52 upgrade for my GMC Duramax and really liked the fact it doubled my capacity from the stock 26 gal. tank. When I'm loaded with the TC and pulling my SXS I'm getting about 275-300 miles with the stock tank. I called them and it's a 4hr job and $1185 OTD. Really considering it as I am out in the boonies a lot and if I need fuel there I'm paying top $ for fuel. I like the fact you can choose where you buy fuel with the extened range. The weight factor might be a deal buster and also all the weight is on one side as it goes where the stock tank is located. Any thoughts about this mod. would be appreciated. It's nice that there not far from me so I could take care of it in 1 day if I decide to do it.

Since those tanks hang lower then stock, their "skid-plate option" is something you should consider adding.
