Ford still continues to put tiny fuel tanks in its trucks for some reason. Before buying the truck check with Titan and verify that they make a direct replacement tank for the exact model you plan to buy. They may not be able to tell you with 100% certainty for a 2015 truck.
There are also more options and larger tanks available for the long bed trucks than for the standard bed trucks.
You can go instead with an auxiliary tank in the bed of the truck but you will not save any money going this route. The tank has to be a lot stronger for placement in this location than tucked under the box and inside the frame area. You also lose space in the bed.
