Wouldn't you still have to raise the camper off the flatbed as the shower trap is below floor level ?
I suppose another hole could be cut in the flatbed for the trap and have hose connection to the grey tank as long as there was access under the truck bed .
Usability as a camper on regular pickup would be limited as there would be no tanks .
