The shower if used will need a trap and it will be below the floor , even if you eliminate the original black tank ( there was no grey tank unless one was added ).
Also keep in mind that the new tank/tanks should be vented high enough not to allow overflow .
If the camper is mounted permanently there are lots of options for plumbing .
