Wouldn't you still have to raise the camper off the flatbed as the shower trap is below floor level ?
I suppose another hole could be cut in the flatbed for the trap and have hose connection to the grey tank as long as there was access under the truck bed .

Yes you would. It would be like making it a "basement" model. There would be plenty of storage underneath the camper, especially if a person has side doors to get to the storage space underneath the camper. A person could then have the camper built for a flat bed or a regular 8' pickup truck bed. I just like the ability for more versatility.
