Sitting still broad side to that kind of wind is not the answer you can still blow over.
I was on 69 north of Lafayette Indiana February of 15 driving my car in similar winds and watched a couple blow overs of big rigs. The most ironic thing was that INDOT put out mobile sign boards warning of the winds and one of them blew over in front of a big rig causing a major pile up.
