perfect for Halloween

I've seen it before. Judging by how far the tires are sunk into the earth, I don't think it moves very often!

All that needs to complete the scene is a sign -" Frank N. Stein" and a mob of angry villagers with torches and pitchforks clammering at the door! :E

It's definitely interesting. I wouldn't call it awesome.
The front wheels appear to be sunk into the ground. Leveling method?
