Awning Issue
I have a 2015 Keystone Bullet Premier with an electric Lippert awning. When I put it in storage for the winter, everything worked fine. When I pulled it out today, the awning won't work. The battery is fine. I also tested with the trailer plugged in. There seems to be no fuses that are out. When I hit the switch I can hear the fan on the converter, so there appears to be power from the switch, but you never hear the motor attempt to start on the awning.
I called Keystone and they said it could be a bad motor. No recalls for that awning are active. They are sending me the manual for the awning, since I didn't get it with my original paperwork, and some info on how to open it manually.
I'm really surprised something like this would go up while in storage since everything worked fine before and there was no power hooked up to the trailer while in storage that could've caused any issues.
Any ideas as to what's causing this problem and/or how to fix it? I'm leaving for the weekend tomorrow and while Keystone said they'd take care of the issue for me, that doesn't help with the weekend trip.
