The thing with me and the backup camera on my truck is I am either looking at the camera or the mirrors.. I usually find I do better with the mirrors than the camera..
Okay, the camera helps a lot with hitching up the trailer, but backing into parking spots, I use the mirrors..
When backing the trailer, it's all mirrors and watching the trailer tires to tell me where I'm going and of course, knowing if there are trees around me before I start backing up in the first place.. As long as I know where they are, I know they are there.
My spotter only tells me if I'm going to hit something.. Not guide me.. I can guide myself. The spotter only tells me if I'm going to hit something.. I said that twice, because that's all my spotter does.. :)
