On tight turns the lower portion of the pin box might touch the tonneau cover rails that sit inside the truck bed edges. If so, it will hamper the closing of a rolling cover but probably not on a Bakflip. Ask me how I know... If I had to do it over, I'd get the Bakflip as I had one on a prior truck but pulled a TT.
