I have the BakFlip which has worked out great. When towing I fold it to the last panel behind the hitch. The covers rails are below the truck bed so no clearance issue. Very easy to install.
The Bakflip like most folding covers is not completely water proof. Some drips make if through mostly in the corners. I could seal it easily with some caulking but not a big issue for me. Mostly wanted it to keep rain and dirt off the hitch when not in use.
