Don't cancel! Where's your sense of adventure. 10 years from now you'll still be telling the story of how you just couldn't get that darn trailer backed in. Sometimes the things that go WRONG provide the best memories.
Relax, don't get frustrated. You're on vacation, no time for that.
I never offer to help someone back in unless they're completely hopeless. Most people honestly get real frustrated and when you approach them to help, they often are too frustrated to accept it. However if anyone ever asked for help I'd be glad to, maybe even offer them a beer when we're all done. We're all a nice bunch, don't be afraid to ask for help.
I grew up on a farm and have been backing up stuff since I was a little kid, 12 years old maybe. Before we had a TT my family always had boats and jet skis (a jet ski trailer is horrible to back up), so I am very experienced and even I make mistakes and have to start over, it happens to the best of us, so don't ever sweat it.
