Big Toe was right on with one exception. It won't break the truck just creeping speed in the driveway, but it won't be pleasant.
I'd suggest BD 2lo kit as well. Inexpensive solution to the issue, provided the truck will get enough traction to back up the hill in 2wd. But it appears the OP has backed it up there already.
If that's the case, keep doing the same thing in 2hi. Trans will make a little heat, but only for a little bit while backing in.
