Go here and upload the url to the pic, copy it, and paste it into your post. It would be helpful if you would limit the size of the pic by inserting "width=450" after .jpg Preview your post before you post so you can check that the pic size is suitable for what you're trying to show.
As far as backing your trailer with only 6" of clearance on either side - LOTSA LUCK - no matter how practiced or experienced you may become. :E I'd agree, with clearance that limited, your best chance would be a front receiver on your truck so you can see directly what you're doing.
