One thing to consider is what is on either side of the driveway? If it is grass/dirt it's no biggie if you drop the wheels into the grass, if it is a house or retaining or a drop off that is a whole different story.
As long as the incline does not cause traction, or clearance issues, it should be much of a factor, just drive with 2 feet so you can give it some gas, and ease off the brake to keep it from rolling down hill.
Just remember when backing, pulling forward to get things straightened up or to try again is very helpful. The way my driveway is, I have to pull forward once or twice to get everything lined up.
Like others have said patience and communications and PRACTICE is key. Also remind the spotter that if they can't see you in the mirror, you can't see them.
There are a couple of free game apps the are pulling a camper or boat, while not very realistic the do give an overhead view showing how the trailer reacts. It helped me explain it to my wife.
