Backup Camera Choices

Question

I am looking for recommendations for a decent backup camera.

A couple of years ago I got one from Costco. After hours of work threading the wiring, I really did not like it and returned it. I just could not see well. I could not estimate distances when backing up due to the massive distortion. It did not work well for keeping track of tailgaters. I would like a unit that would work for both backing up and watching traffic behind the camper.

Try the Garmin system, wireless camera works great with GPS unit, plus you can add more cameras, I am very happy with mine.

Can also watch the view when driving with the Garmin.

Not sure what your year and model of your truck is but Camera source has many good back up cameras. I ordered and installed a plug and play camera right into existing tailgate wiring. Easy set up.

Go to Tadibrothers.com I have one of their wireless systems. Great images day or night and it has grid lines for backing.
