My wireless Garmin BC30 works great, can't comment on others. It could be because the transmitter is separate from the camera itself and I mounted the transmitter on the front wall of the camper.
It only works with the Nuvicam, which combines a GPS, a dash cam and a backup cam into 1 unit.
If you have a factory cam i'd probably try to integrate with it.
