Love the built in backup camera on the 13 F150.. It shows up in the rear view mirror, so I can look at both while backing up.
Really helps in parking lots and when hitching up the trailer.
I don't think I'd like one on the back of the trailer however... I just watch the trailer tires in the mirror and can back it up wherever I want. As long as I know what's behind me before I start to back up, I'm good. Spotter is just a bonus.. ;)
