I had the very same problem with the drivers rear. I put a 4' level against the tires on the passenger side and both were in line, then I did the same on the drivers side. The back tire that was wearing on the inside was 1/2" out of line with the front pointing out. I ordered a new axle last Friday for it. I did check the bearing first and they (inner and outer were good). Had to order a new axle from Dexter with the EZ-Lube spindles. My axles are 6,000# axles and I haven't figured out how it happened yet.
