Hmm. Mine lower pretty much equal until one leg hits the ground, then the other leg goes twice as fast until it too hits the ground.
Something must be dragging on the slow side. It probably won't hurt anything, but I would get it looked at.
I recently read a report here, of someone who had a problem with his jacks and Lippert sent him brand new replacements.
IIRCC, it was a known issue with certain model years.
