Banks Electronic Exhaust Brake

Wanting to install a Banks electroncic exhaust brake on our 2008 durmax diesel 3500 Chevy. We are having a hard time finding anyone in or around the Orlando, FL area....Anyone on here have any suggestions as to where we might find someone capable of this installation ?

    Isn't that the one that just plugs into the OBDII port and electronically changes the vane angle in the turbo? If so I would think it's just "plug and play" as they say.
