Basic/Routine TT maintenence, roof, caulking, seals, etc

What is the maintenence routine or schedule you guys follow for your TT? The wife and I are new to this and I would like input so I can develop my own plan. How often and how do you inspect your roofs...

Probably most every time I walk around our trailer I inspect the edge caulking...for sure every time I wash it...also the caulking around the running lights.

Roof gets a detailed look over twice a year....re-seal and caulk as needed.
4 trailers, 20+ years - no leaks. (ours is stored in covered storage which makes a BIG difference)
