Basic/Routine TT maintenence, roof, caulking, seals, etc

What is the maintenence routine or schedule you guys follow for your TT? The wife and I are new to this and I would like input so I can develop my own plan. How often and how do you inspect your roofs...

I do it once a year. The CORRECT answer is whenever your manual specifies it. I believe they recommend every 3 or 4 months, depending upon manufacturer.

The absolute BEST thing you can do for longevity of your RV is to have covered parking. I use eternabond tape for the roofing edges. Eternabond has a 20 year life expectancy. Caulk has about a year or 2 life expectancy.
