Basic/Routine TT maintenence, roof, caulking, seals, etc

What is the maintenence routine or schedule you guys follow for your TT? The wife and I are new to this and I would like input so I can develop my own plan. How often and how do you inspect your roofs...

Don't forget to repack your wheel bearings yearly, every spring is a good time for this. We inspect our roof every time we wash and wax (2 x yr). We recaulk as needed. Keep an eye on the water level in your battery as well.
