Well the question was "Does any one use their bathroom sink?"
We do, probably more than the kitchen sink.
But it seemed there might have been another question not asked.
As far as choices, it is your camper, you use it. It can be modified in any way you wish to better suit your needs or wants.
Unless it was simply stating displeasure/question why campers not offered with bath sink or not option.
