Doubtful that 350 milliamps is going to work. If you leave the batteries connected to the trailer's cable connections, the parasitic draws of alarms, circuity boards, and radio will be greater than 360 MA. If you disconnect a cable from the trailer's 12 V system, 350 MA may add some charge but it will be a long time to totally charge two 6 V's. I'd suggest to get a larger solar module, probably a 100W module with a cheap controller. That way, you'll have something to help with battery charging while camping off grid.
FWIW, I charged a one half discharged 12V car battery with a 12 V, 350 MA power supply and it took a week to recharge it to 98% full.
