Honestly, if you only need a battery to run lights and not pumps and fridges like most others, you would be much better off to get a few cheap LED push button lights. We use about three or four in our rig, just run off AAA batteries, and the batteries last for years in some cases.
For a couple of dollars at a dollar store you can get some pretty fancy setups and they really do a great job. A lot cheaper than any other solution.
