Battery-generator-charging upgrades?

Unfortunately it isn't the electric start or remote start version. I looked to see if they had the remote start but didn't see it?
There is something strange about the labeling as 2800 but 3100 surge where the others have the 3100 with 2800 running wattage. It seems those are the same capabilities, but the generators having different printing on them is a bit strange?
