Congrats! A well taken care of TT that you can work on yourself is almost as good as a new one, maybe better because the flaws are known. You'll like the Champion. Keep up on the oil changes and it should serve you well for a long time. My personal preference is a dedicated charger for the battery. I mounted ours in the front pass thru and use modified jumper cables to attach to the battery. Not much voltage drop that way. Happy travels!
