ONe of the things re HP/torque NOT talke about, is what hits the ground at the rear wheels! Some tranny's like the allison take up some 60 hp from the flywheel ratings. Others like GM's 4l80e, only took some 25hp. So assuming one could have either or, and wants speed, the 4l80 would be the better one due to less drive train loss! Something not talked about a lot!

Not goign to say what is going on between the three brands as I do not know those numbers per say, GM a bit better as I buy them more.
