Having owned a KZ myself for six years that would be news to me as both the dealer and KZ were always responsive to any concerns I ever had with that trailer. That said, KZ is no longer a privately owned company and is now owned by Thor Industries so perhaps the reports you're reading reflect that change.

I have a 2016 Jayco 23RLSW. The shower door is a pain, but how often do you use it. We make it work. I believe the 2017 model has a revised door that slides.
Looked at the KZ line, looked OK to me. Went with the Jayco because of the floorplan and the dealer is local. Plus excellent deal.
