When I initially got their first email requesting a serial number prior to them shipping my missing clamps, I wasn't sure where to locate the serial number. I hadn't recalled seeing it when I installed the cover and I suspected I would have to remove the entire cover, thus messing up the 2-sided sticky tape.
After they told me where it was located alls I had to do was roll it back all the way to see it, so that was okay.
