Best Design Trailer for Half-Ton

I have a Starcraft Autum Ridge, one slide trailer. It is a good trailer and may have to stay with it. I do not want to upgrade truck to 3/4 ton because of expense. Would like to find a 28 to 30 ft trailer with two slides, one in bedroom where maybe could have a good closet. Now only have 2 shirt closets by bed. Looking to see if anyone in group has found a great floor plan in 2 slide trailer to pull with half ton truck. I know there are a lot of variables, just looking for trailers I can pull up and look at. Thanks.

I'm shopping for a TT to use with my 3/4T. While the truck would handle a 30' or possibly a larger TT, I'm planning to stay with a 26' - 28' to have safe margins.

You need to be looking a weight first, not floor designs. I think you'll be better off with your existing TT.

I spent a ton of $ on my half ton and my trailer was only
7,000 lbs. 25 ft Fleetwood. I also can't imagine towing
a 30 ft with a half ton. Not safe, hard to stop etc.

I thought my 20ft is pushing the payload on my 1/2 ton, can't imagine hanging a 28-30 ft on the bumper.

Good luck on your search, maybe one of those high tech aluminum frame models?
