That's why I put it here in truck campers..Truck campers have different needs for an Inverter genset especially if you don't pull a trailer of some sort..Then your limited to behind the truck seat/a hitch haul or setting it inside the door when traveling...Some have the option of putting one in a storage area or generator compartment..
I carry my Honda 2K inside the truck camper behind the dinette seat or just inside the door which make my needs for a lighter/narrow generator which most inverter generators are...Open frame are to noisy and large..
My travel trailers and fifth wheels all had room in the pickup bed so size wasn't a concern nor weight..My motorhomes all had built in Onan and I would take my small Honda either on a hitch haul or just inside the door.
With a truck camper,most of those options do not apply unless using a hitch haul or trailer,which is inconvenient for some applications.
