Best check your owners manual for actual tank size..My EU3000is is also about the same age as yours..I bought it in 2009 used but barely..The guy bought it and never used it much,it just set in the back of his pickup getting banged around and I got a good price on it.
There all 3.4 gallons for the EU3000is model..
As for running time..Mine was not a "calculation" it was actual running time on a 97 degree day with a 13.5btu AC in a new 2010 30ft travel trailer...

I found a A-ipower 2000 watt inverter gen for $319 and the same unit with a Yamaha engine is $499...Blue for Yamaha and red for the chonda clone motor..lol
Seriously looking at portable solar also..Renogy 100 watt suitcase with controller $249..But short leads to where the battery is..
Both have uses besides rving if I have a agm battery, which I do not.
