I agree, super easy to R&R on the vans.

Did you verify its a 4R100? 2001 model years vans were built with both the 4R75 and 4r100 behind the 5.4L. Also, before ordering you'll want to verify the transmission ID tag, which should be visible if you pull the doghouse. There were some slight variations of both transmissions.

I'm not sure I'd recommend a jasper. There's been some reports the last few years, on this forum, that maybe their quality has slipped.
