Best tow vehicle for 5000 lb AT&T

Hello all! We are trying a 5000lb TT. What is the best tow vehicle for long mountain pulls and descents? Will use truck everyday as well so lower MPG would be helpful as well. My head is spinning from all the conversations on tow vehicles. Thanks so much for input.
